On 28th August 2017, the Physical Education students of St.Montfort School, Bhopal organized a special morning assembly on the occasion of theNational Sports Day (29th August 2017) to mark the 112th birth Anniversary of the Indian Hockey Legend, “Shyam Chand”.The School’s physical education instructor Mr. Kailash and his team of students took this opportunity and beautifully demonstrated the importance of Physical fitness in one’s life through a small skit and Zumba fitness workout,stressing onhealthy food habits and practicing yoga andmeditation.The students took a pledge and promised themselves to give fitness aspriority in their life.
