REJOICE IN THE GLORY OF INDIA AND IN FREEDOM FIGHTERS ON THIS REPUBLIC DAY

26th January 2016, The 67th Republic day was celebrated at St. Montfort School with immense patriotic feeling. The National flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest   Shri D.R. Sharma, Retd Add. Commissioner, Commercial tax, MP, which was followed by national anthems Slogan of”Jai Hind by the entire   school.        

Patriotic Spirit was also visible among the students marching in spectacular march past parade, displaying the uniqueness and integrity.  

 The celebration proceeded with the blissful cultural programmes like patriotic song and dance exhibiting the talents to reflect their patriotism. The Chief Guest Mr. D.R. Sharma graced the occasion with his motivational words which cherished the Montfortians to be true Indians.

The programme was followed by the Prize distribution ceremony where in the best classes in co-scholastic activities and discipline were rewarded with president awardees Ms Sakshi Gautam, Master Amay Singh Rajput & Master Yuvraj Singh Parihar were honoured by mementoes and from.

             And the winner of competitions conducted on Montfort education day were also rewarded.

Conclusion of the programme was done by Vote of thanks given by Asst. Head boy Akshat Sinha and Asst. Head Girl Stuti Gupta.
